On February 11, 2010 North Texas received a record breaking snowfall of about 10 inches. The kiddos went to school and their teachers let them play out side. It snowed ALL DAY without stopping. I got the kids a little early from school and we all bundled up, got our rain boots on and went out to play in it.
They were so excited! We stayed outside at least an hour!!
It was hard but I got them all three to stop and pose for a picture even if Gracee is trying to catch the snow on her tongue!! I thought it was too cute!
Here is the rinky dinky snowman we made. It's not easy for an 8 month preggo mama to make a BIG snowman! I promised them once daddy was there he'd help them make a bigger one. Although they were satisfied with the small one we made!
And of course you HAVE to make snow angels!!!
Here's our snowman!
This was the night of Feb. 11th........our sidewalks and everything was COMPLETELY COVERED!
ON the 12th they were out of school and there was still LOTS of snow on the ground. These pics are backwards! Oh well!!
This snowman was just the RIGHT size for Avree.....
